Highways Maintenance, Improvements, and Street Lighting

The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) sought tender bids from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Highways Maintenance, Improvements and Street Lighting. The contract will initially be for a period of 7 years commencing on 1.4.2018 with the option to extend the contract for a further 3 years,in 12-monthly intervals, at the discretion of the Council. It is the opinion of the London Borough of Sutton that TUPE will apply to this Contract. Deadline for receipt of tender bids was 21.12.2017.
