Tenders were invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of a Consultant Design Team for Dewsbury Market Transformation and The Arcade, Dewsbury (the "Service").
