The demolition of 7no. existing garages and relocation of existing Ball Court within the Bampton Estate. Construction of a 3-5 storey building to provide over-55's accommodation, together with the provision of associated landscaping, refuse storage, cycle parking, car parking and road improvements to Windrush Lane, the re-provision of the existing Ball Court on an alternative plot within the Site boundary; re-organised car parking provision; and, landscaping improvements including works to the Windrush Lane cul-de-sac.
