Stratford Waterfront Enabling Works

It is the intention of the London Legacy Development Corporation ("LLDC") as the Contracting Authority to put in place a contract for enabling works on Stratford Waterfront at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park ("QEOP"). The works required are intended to include (without limitation) site clearance, design and build of temporary and permanent utilities, site hoarding, fences and gates, road closure and traffic management, groundworks, foundations and associated works, ground investigations and surveys, as more particularly described in the procurement documents.
