Educated Other Than At School

Caerphilly CBC has awarded a framework agreement for the provision of Educated Other than At School, under the Public Contracts Regulation 2015, schedule 3, falling within Regulation 74-77, otherwise known as the Light Touch Regime. This notice is to inform the market that the tender process has now been awarded to HIT Education, Equity Foundation Ltd and Sgiliau Cyf. The framework term for this arrangement is 01 October 2024 to 30 September 2027, with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months. Refresh Periods - New Providers shall be permitted to apply to join the framework at set times/intervals as advertised by the Council, on a twelve (12) month basis. This period may be shortened or extended, during the validity period of the framework, for example at times where there is poor capacity within the marketplace.
