CY05543 - BEIGHTON NURSERY & INFANTS BASEMENT REPAIR

The project comprises three main elements of work:\r \r • The breaking out and replacement of the basement concrete slab roof and steel supports.\r • Demolition and replacement of external steps.\r • Repair works to areas of wood block floor suffering from damp.\r \r The works are programmed to take place over the school summer holidays to ensure minimal impact on the operation of the school. There will be a small amount of overlap between the contract programme and the next school year at the beginning of September therefore the contractor will be required to programme works in a way that will cause minimal disruption to the regular use of the school during the period.
