Description
Our main goal is to provide affordable homes to those who need them the most. As a charitable organisation, the surplus we make is ploughed back into building new homes - our Corporate Plan sets out our intention to build 600 new homes a year for rent and sale. Our mission is to help more people have a home they can afford. In some areas we will also develop and sell Private Sale properties to subsidies our social purpose. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of 4 years. Paradigm is looking to appoint valuers to cover all valuation services that Paradigm may require, including the following: • Paradigm stock valuations for funding and financial accounting • Initial desktop values (rent/sale) for feasibility appraisals • Valuations for new build development schemes, in line with the "Homes England" requirements to include current open market values, values as a 1st January 1999 and land valuations • Valuations for Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Paradigm's own voluntary purchase schemes • Open market rental figures • Comparable evidence • General valuation advice
