TENDERS ARE INVITED from suitable contractors for the extension and refurbishment of Community Centre at Jubilee Hall, Stadon Road, Anstey, Leicester LE7 7AY. The works comprise refurbishment of sections of the existing community hall building, new build garage extension, new build community hall extension with WC facilities including new drainage and external works. Completed Contract Sum Analysis, Tender Qualification Questionnaire and Form of Tender to be returned by email to The Clerk of Anstey Parish Council by 12 noon on Wednesday 7 June 2023.
