Description
Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (MKUH) wishes to appoint a Contractor for the refurbishment of public & staff WC facilities, ancillary services area & Ward Sluice Rooms. The works comprise the removal and replacement of fixtures, fittings and furniture within selected bathroom, WC, Sluice and support services areas on wards and other areas of the main hospital. The works may comprise reconfiguring the room layout to improve functionality. The refurbished areas are to comply with current regulatory standards. New finishes and fittings are to comply with current Trust Infection and Prevention Control (IPC) standards Each area shall incorporate improvements to the lighting, new clinical hand wash basin assemblies, new floor & wall-covering, wall protection where required and complete redecoration as specified. Sluice rooms shall feature new stainless steel fittings and storage units,
