Forms Generator Service

The Forms Generator service is a national capability to enable the secure generation of structured digital content, by professional users, for the benefits of patients/ service users the programme is developing a suite of digital systems and services to enable the sharing of between health and social care professionals. These systems and services will provide the digital sharing of information and bridge the digital maturity gap of user endpoints, either person to person, person to machine or machine to machine. They will provide the user with the capabilities to generate structured digital content, to transform the content between human and machine readable formats, to securely exchange that content between users, and to interpret that content accurately between various user and professional groups.
