PHE - Corporate ICT - (HIC) Diabetic Eye Screening data collection and management (G-Cloud)

Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social and Social Care (DH) (hereafter referred to as "Public Health England" or "PHE" also referred to as the "Contracting Authority" or the "Authority" or the "Employer") have awarded Health Information Consulting Limited a 22 month Call-Off Contract with the option to extend a further two years year via G-Cloud 11 Framework Agreement (RM1557.11) for the provision of operations and support services with specifically required knowledge and expertise for a data capture system to convey data from various screening locations to a central point for analysis and distribution.
