The project consists of 60no. affordable rent, 53no. shared ownership, and 37no. market sale plots. The affordable rent plots also include 10no. supported living units within a communal block, 1no. category 2 bungalow, and 2no, category 3 bungalows. It is envisaged that the plots will be constructed traditionally. The first stage is an expression of interest stage.
