Description

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Folding furniture for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Supplier, but the Supplier delivers direct to the end customer.

The Framework Agreement will cover the period from the 1st March 2026 to 28th February 2028 with one option to extend for an additional twenty four (24) months. The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of September 2027 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework Agreement to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum Framework Agreement period will therefore be four (4) years, from 1st March 2026 to 28th February 2030 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price re-establishment and KPI performance).
