NCC1245 Blyth Relief Road Property Services Support

Provision of CPO, land acquisition and referencing services to facilitate the construction of the Blyth Relief Road highway interventions. The specific objectives are:\r \r • Undertake land referencing of all identified land plots, and provide a CPO compliant schedule(s) and plan(s),\r • Support the application for compulsory purchase,\r • Negotiate with landowners and tenants for the acquisition of any land (incl. licenses),\r • Provide Red Book valuations for acquisitions and licenses, \r • Negotiate compensation for affected occupiers,\r • General professional support to the project team to deliver a successful project, and\r • Land referencing services.
