QQ24009 - Heath Town Phase 2 - Architectural Services

To appoint an Architect to progress and develop sites across the Heath Town estate to planning approval, RIBA stage 0 - 3, including: • Continue with the design and development of a suitable site layout • Design and access statement • Planning statement • Designers Risk Assessment • Digital drawings including coloured street scenes • All drainage design, levels, highways and structural design will be carried out by other specialist consultants The current plan includes proposals for an additional 143 new properties, spread across 4 sites, HT2, HT3, HT4 and HT5, with a mix of 2, 3, and 6 bedroom properties including 3 and 4 storey duplexes. The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) are seeking excellence in terms of place-making with a scheme that will help transform the Heath Town Estate, delivering modern, high-quality homes. Is an Extension Possible? Yes - services may take longer to complete dependent upon planning Early engagement with CWC planners is encouraged.
