Refurbishment and Alterations to St Gabriel's, 25 Ringwood Road, Verwood, Dorset

East Dorset District Council requires a supplier to undertake the refurbishment and alteration of the existing St Gabriel's (25 Ringwood Road) building (former NHS care home) so that it can be used by the client for temporary housing accommodation for individuals, couples and families. The works involve the minor reconfiguration - together with complete refurbishment of a large detached residence, which was previously operated as a care home by the local NHS Trust.
