Term Contract for Gas Servicing, Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Associated Works

Arhag and seven other housing associations require a specialist contractor to carry out gas servicing and issue of Landlord's Gas Safety Records, domestic gas breakdown and responsive repairs (3* process), commercial gas breakdowns, responsive repairs including boilers up to 100kW nett. Replacement of gas boilers and wet heating systems. This contract will involve Arhag, Shian, Apna Ghar, North London Muslim, Odu Dua, Spitalfields, Tamil Community and Westway Housing Associations. The Term of Contract is 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
