The policy workstream lead is to provide in-depth knowledge of the price controls process. The consultant will lead and provide authoritative advice and analysis on regulatory finance matters, particularly in the development of the cost of capital strategy for the ED2 price control, plus provide input into commercial and project finance activities that Ofgem regulates.
