Pre Market Engagement - Cleaning of Communal Areas

St Albans City & District Council is exploring future options for delivering communal cleaning services across its General Needs (Type A) blocks and two Sheltered Housing schemes (Type B). The purpose of this Pre‑Market Engagement (PME) is to gather early, high‑level feedback from the cleaning and FM market before finalising any procurement approach.
