Environmental Enforcement Agency

H&F have procured an environmental enforcement agency for a trial period of six-twelve months The proposed trial would provide valuable insights into the operational and financial implications of outsourcing environmental enforcement, guiding the development of a long-term procurement strategy. It is believed that this approach would enhance enforcement capacity of the Law Enforcement Team (LET) and achieve targeted environmental outcomes whilst aligning with the Council’s values of financial efficiency, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. Concession contract with FPN amount split between agency and H&F Council.
