Description
Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew is a world famous UNESCO World Heritage site, its Estate includes a number of Grade 1, Grade 2* and Grade 2 historical buildings. Kew's mission is 'to be the global resource for plant and fungal knowledge, building an understanding of the world's plants and fungi upon which all our lives depend. Kew is embarking on a major capital investment programme with a value between £5m and £10m per annum over the next five years. Projects may include new builds, refurbishment of historic buildings, fabric repairs, structural repairs, heritage specialisms, repair or replacement of M&E systems, replacement of nursery facilities and external works. Some of these works will be undertaken at the Wakehurst Place site in West Sussex. Kew is looking to procure a Programme Contracting Partner to carry out this programme of works.
