Description
Bournemouth Borough Council ('The Council') is looking for a supplier for the supply and delivery of coffee and hot drink machines and products to the Council's trading outlets. The supplier will be required to supply and deliver a quality range of competitively priced coffee and hot drink products to Council catering outlets as well as the machines to produce these drinks. The supplier should ensure that each machine to be supplied can meet the high volume and turnover of hot drinks required during peak periods. Each machine supplied must be able to meet the daily output volumes. The Council reserves the right to ask the supplier to supply further units or trading outlets. The Council reserves the right to close sites as well as move sites to new locations. Bournemouth Borough Council has also named the Borough of Poole on this contract. The Borough of Poole will be able to access the supply through this contract. The forecast contract value for this opportunity is £600,000 (£120,00 per annum). Bournemouth Borough Council does not guarantee any volume of product required during the length of the contract. The volume of supply is dependent on the number of operating units and demand. The demand is strongly led by the season, weather, school holidays as well as events such as the Bournemouth Air Festival. A notice was sent to the European Journal regarding this opportunity on 13 November 2017.
