Description
Blackpool Council is improving its housing stock on the Mereside Estate. To continue this upgrading we now require the demolition of 6No 3 storey balcony access flat blocks, out buildings and ancillary structures ready for the new development. The site is situated at 19 - 29 Troutbeck Crescent, Mereside, Blackpool FY4 4SU. The Contract period is to be proposed by the Contractor, however working hour restrictions will apply during the works. The project can be split into a number of tasks outlined below: Generally - Utility Service disconnections will be arranged by the Client. - Removal of licensed and unlicensed asbestos will be arranged by the Client - Demolition of the Flat Blocks Outbuildings and Ancillary structures - Protection of ENWL Substation and HV/LV cables - Installation of structural hoarding
