Doncaster Council 'The Contracting Authority' (Hereafter referred to as DMBC) and St. Leger Homes of Doncaster 'The Employer's Agent' (Hereafter referred to as SLHD) looked to procure a partner organisation to work collaboratively to complete a number of design and build planned capital improvement schemes together with completing a proportion of the responsive repairs which our in-house contractors are unable to fulfil.
