Description

Central Bedfordshire Council has appointed Public Perspectives to carry out provision of additional consultation support. The council is undertaking a significant amount of consultation activity as part of service redesign, strategy, and policy development. The council has a small consultation team and extra capacity may be required over the next year to help deal with the peaks in demand in the areas of analysis of responses both quantitative and qualitative and report writing drawing out conclusions. Support would therefore be required from a supplier in terms of: • Analysing the results • Developing a detailed consultation report • Responding to queries. The chosen provider should provide results in the following format: • Top line results should be provided in an Excel table using a template that will be provided by Central Bedfordshire Council. • A report of findings for each question and an Executive summary should be submitted in Word. • Crosstab analysis against the key demographic and equality characteristics should be provided in Excel format. • Free-text comments to the open-ended question should be coded into themes. • Complete raw data should be returned in Excel format.
