UCSP is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University and is responsible for all retail and hospitality catering across its Campus locations as well as several external contracts. UCSP is looking for fresh and frozen meat vendor to supply a variety of locally sourced products to its catering units on a daily basis. In addition to that work closely with our Chef brigade to ensure the best quality product is bought and used.
