The Council invites quotations for the provision of Consultancy services to carry out the following items of work\r An assessment of tree/woodland canopy coverage on land owned by the County Council\r An assessment of the length of hedgerow on land owned by the County Council\r Using already existing Habitat Opportunity mapping data prepare an analysis of where opportunities are for further woodland hedgerow planting\r Using existing rights of way data prepare an analysis of the accessibility of the County Council woodland estate\r Carry out an assessment and calculate a figure for carbon sequestered in the existing County Council tree, woodland and hedgerow assets.\r Produce a full and final report of findings for Council Officers to consider for setting a baseline to enable a planting target for the next 10 to 15 years.\r
