Lane End School - Asbestos Remedials

1. To paint and encapsulate artex ceilings to the Assembly chair store and the school office. Also to strip, remove and dispose of the asbestos thermoplastic floor tiles to the assembly chair store. Also to patch, paint and encapsulate to external facia board. To include for an reassurance air test. Items 47, 48, 65 and 102. 2. To strip, remove and dispose of the artex and plasterboard ceiling to the girls toilet. To replace that removed with 12.5mm plasterboard, taped and jointed. To decorate with 2 coats of emulsion paint. To allow for an electrician to remove and refix the existing light fittings. Also including a reassurance air test. Item 81
