Description
The provision of professional standard playing kit and leisurewear for Nottingham Trent University; complying with the University's branding guidelines and colours. The supply of high quality, durable, functional, stylish, fitted and fit for purpose playing kit and leisurewear. The successful tenderer shall supply each Sports Club with the appropriate clothing, style and cut for their intended usage. Garments shall be produced to withstand at least two year's usage as minimum. The successful supplier must have the capability to apply University branding and logos onto all clothing items supplied; giving a professional looking finish. The successful tenderer must perform within the stated delivery lead times. The University does not expect lead times for core items detailed within '837 Sports Playing Kit & Leisure Wear List' to take any longer than 2-3 weeks from placing the order to arriving at Nottingham Trent University. The University does not expect lead times for bespoke items to take longer than 4-6 weeks. Stocked items shall be delivered within 1 week and committee shirts within 3 weeks of order. The provision of an all year round online store for students to purchase stocked and bespoke leisurewear items. The supplier shall provide personalisation of items in the form of student names, numbers and any other customisation. Orders placed with no minimum order quantities and delivered either to campus or the individual home address. It is expected that the successful supplier shall appoint one dedicated contract manager to manage the entire University account. The dedicated account manager shall attend campus at least once a week [day to be confirmed] during term time, pre-season and welcome week. This role shall be split between our City and Clifton Campus to assist with any queries and support the NTU Sport Clubs. It is vitally important that the successful supplier has a strong presence on campus, easily contactable and visible to both staff and students.
