Higher Needs Foating Support 2026-29

Provision of floating support to people with higher support needs and a history of rough sleeping, including in unsupported temporary accommodation, having moved on to private or social tenancy from supported accommodation, released from prison, discharged from hospital or part of the legacy Golden Key Housing Firs cohort. Establishing a Keeping In Touch service to provide remote support and a point of contact for up to a further two years for clients who have graduated higher support but require some support to sustain wellbeing.
