Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Level 2 Barista Skills training course for Prisoners at HMP Bristol. The Supplier shall deliver a Barista Skills Level 2 course accredited by City and Guilds (7102-53) and an NVQ in Hospitality Service at Level 1 (7131-04). In addition, learners working in the main kitchen at the prison are required to gain the City and Guilds Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (7150-92) with allergen training, C.O.S.H.H awareness, HACCP training.
