Tender for the Provision of planning and building control consultants

The Council is seeking to establish contracts with consultants for a range of planning and building control requirements. The tender is split into 4 lots: Lot 1: Building control - Structural Engineer Lot 2: Planning - Agricultural Lot 3: Planning - Heritage Lot 4: Planning - Viability assessments Tenderers can bid for an individual or combination of lots however, each lot will be evaluated separately and success in one lot does not guarantee success in another.
