National Framework for Water Billing Services 2024

Red Kite Learning Trust are looking to establish a framework of providers for Water Billing Services within the UK. The framework will allow Clients to access registered providers who are licensed to operate as a water supplier within the UK. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, estimated from December 2024, with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The framework will be a single Lot, with a maximum of 5 Suppliers. Suppliers for this lot must be both Ofwat and WICS registered.
