Description
The Council wishes to procure the following the following work: Internal alterations and refurbishment at Barrow-In-Furness Town Hall, which is Grade II* listed building. All work to be carried out will be in strict accordance with the conditions of the planning approvals and will be subject to further consultation and approval by the local conservation officer. Works shall include demolition of existing walls / partitions, creation of new partitions, creation of new doors in existing walls, refurbishment and alteration to existing WCs along with M&E works to carry out some electrical upgrade and heating system replacement. The works will also include supply and installation of furniture and signage.
