Cleaning and Caretaking Services Framework for Schools and Corporate Properties

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is procuring a Cleaning and Caretaking Service Framework which will cover Gloucestershire and be available for use by other public sector bodies as appropriate. This will include sites such as: Schools, Libraries, Learning Development, Children’s Centres, Youth & Community, Registrars, Surveyors, Coroner’s Office, Shire Hall, Cheltenham County Offices, Crown Court, GLIC & Miscellaneous property In the first instance, multiple site cleaning and caretaking contracts will be let for three (3) different geographical areas: Lot 1 Forest of Dean and Gloucester, Lot 2 Stroud and South Cotswold, Lot 3 Tewkesbury, North Cotswold and Cheltenham. The Framework will be used to enable sites to call off a maximum of six (6) year contracts for cleaning and caretaking services. Scope of Services includes, but not limited to: • Cleaning • Deep Cleans • Carpet Cleaning • Hard Floor Maintenance
