SE1115 Design and Technical Assurance Framework

Sport England has established a framework agreement for Technical Assurance and Design services. The Technical services (Lot 1) include quantity surveying services, such as reviewing cost plans, design fees, environmentally sustainable measures (Building Regulations compliant and enhanced proposals) and advising on benchmark costs for facilities proposed. Estimated value of call-offs is £2.5m The Design services (Lot 2) include leadership, coordination and overall project management for architectural and design services on specific projects. Estimated value of call-offs is £3.5m The Framework Partners are: Department of Culture Media and Sport (DCMS) and its arm's-length bodies National Governing Bodies of Sport within the UK (NGBs) Football Foundation Department for Education Active Partnerships Department for Energy Security & Net Zero Sportscotland Sport Wales Sport Northern Ireland
