Provision of Services relating to support to NHSEI SE Region COVID Response Hub. Supporting the definition of the hubs purpose, role and scope of activity and its interface with Strategic coordination groups, tactical coordination groups and the national team, identifying and addressing any duplication and/or overlap of roles and responsibilities. Reviewing the structure of the hub, looking at it readiness to respond and looking at staff requirements to support administration and management.
