The requirement is for the creation of an enabling contract for the supply of Intraosseous access devices and associated consumables. Intraosseous access devices provide a rapid means of obtaining intraosseous access to a variety of sites (longbones and/or sternum). The devices are required to be simple and easy to use, and shall be pocket-sized and robust enough to survive prolonged environmental conditions without failure.
