EXTERNAL RELATIONS PROJECT

Brief: An opportunity to present an overview for an External Relations project for the Schools of King Edward VI in Birmingham. We are currently considering the creation of an External Relations function within the organisation and would welcome input regarding the feasibility of that particular function. We currently have a Director of Marketing & Communications and a Communications Officer but want to scope additional development around brand, comms, fundraising, PR and digital. We would also like to evaluate ROI against this particular initiative. Our mission statement is " To make Birmingham the best place to be educated in the UK" with particular calls to action being: Work for Us, Give to Us, Apply to Us. We would envisage successful consultant to facilitate information gathering / workshops: looking at all channels and avenues, audiences, reviewing all opportunities and challenges across the brief. We would like a response to this request by 6th November 2018. Workshops and a business case/report to be supplied by 7th January 2019.
