Provision of Vehicle Immobilisation, Removal, Storage, Disposal and Enforcement Notice Issuing Services

DVLA is modifying its wheel clamping service to incorporate mobile ANPR provision and associated back office functions. This service will be to provide electronic images of unlicensed mobile vehicles, detected on the road. The offending vehicle images being sent to DVLA for enforcement action. DVLA requires this provision to be available in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
