Northumberland County Council (NCC) is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to provide all stages of design (RIBA Plan of Works Stages 2-7) for Energy Central Institute building in Blyth, Northumberland. Energy Central Institute (ECI) is the second phase in the Energy Central Campus (ECC) programme which is a transformational and business-led, skills, education and innovation development serving Blyth and the wider North-East.
