Description
Westminster City Council award of contract for the appointment of a Main Contractor to refurbish Seymour Leisure Centre. The Main Contractor will work collaboratively with Westminster City Council. The first stage will comprise a collaborative Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), the second stage will be the award of a main construction contract. At this stage only the PCSA is guaranteed with the main construction being subject to satisfactory delivery of the PCSA. Contract Award was made via a competitive call off process via the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) - London (Lot 3). Please note the awarded value on this notice is for the PCSA only.
