Provision of Community ENT Service for Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge CCGs, BHR/018

Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge (BHR) CCG's are seeking to commission a Community ENT Service to manage conditions that don't require specialist intervention at secondary care level. This will enable improved patient flow through ENT services, and support the management of increasing demand for secondary care services. The service described in the specification encourages providers to deliver care as cost effectively and conveniently for patients as possible and to utilise the skills of a variety of clinicians. This will also support the sustainability of 18 week referral to treatment (RTT) compliance. The lowest value specified above is for a 3 year contract and the maximum value includes the potential extension option (if exercised at the discretion of both parties).
