Description
This is a Direct Award for the Servicing and Maintenance of Lifts across Cheshire Police estate. The direct award is under Fusion 21's Lifts Framework 2024-28, Lot 1 - Passenger/Goods Lifts Servicing and Maintenance. The Contract comprises the routine Inspection, Maintenance and Servicing of the various traction and hydraulic lift installations in the Buildings, to ensure that these operate reliably and safely, and include for:- a) The routine Inspection, Maintenance and Servicing of the lifts, to be carried out during a normal working day, i.e. between 0800 hours and 1700 hours, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. b) The call-out and emergency maintenance on a 24 hours per day per day, 365/6 days per year basis. c) Repairs and replacement works, as instructed by the PCC, the cost of which will be valued in accordance with the Contract documents.
