Main Contractor Contract for Energy Efficient Retrofit Works

Northumberland County Council (NCC) has been awarded funding under the Government's Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (WHSHF) and Warm Homes: Local Grant (WHLG) schemes. NCC's award-winning Warmer Homes Team is delivering domestic energy efficiency, retrofit, and decarbonisation projects across Northumberland, aiming to achieve EPC C by 2030, reduce fuel poverty, lower household energy bills and decarbonise domestic energy use.
