Homes for Lambeth: Brief of Support Required in Drafting the Business Plan for Homes for Lambeth Ltd and one of its subsidiaries

Specialist advisor support is required to work with the London Borough of Lambeth and its current advisors to prepare the group Business Plan for Homes for Lambeth Ltd and the Business Plan for the ‘ProfitCo’ subsidiary. The Council is separately engaging specialist advisors to support it to obtain Registered Provider status for the two entities which are to be subsidiaries of Homes for Lambeth Ltd and are proposed as Registered Providers. These specialist advisors will be supporting the preparation of Business Plans for the entities based on an assumed initial portfolio of homes, which are to be owned by these entities soon after obtaining Registered Provider status. This commission will therefore need the two Business Plans for the RP subsidiaries to be consolidated within the group Business Plan for Homes for Lambeth Ltd.
