Eldon IT Suite PRoject

This requirement is a Direct Award via the Procure Partnership Framework Agreement under category London £50k to £1m Construction Partners. The project involves the amalgamation of 4 existing IT rooms on the first-floor within the Eldon Building into 2 no. larger, modernised IT suites/ spaces. This includes associated minor M&E works to the surrounding areas, such as LED lamp replacements and general services rationalisation. The aim is to enhance the functionality, efficiency and capacity of the IT teaching and research spaces in line with current and future academic needs.
