Community Gateway Association External Cyclical Maintenance

The scope of the Contract is the external cyclical maintenance to approximately 1,021 Community Gateway Association properties, including: •Cleaning gutters and fascias •Cleaning canopies •Cleaning down composite doors and frames •Cleaning down window frames •Painting cast iron pipework •Painting doors and frames •Painting meter boxes and doors •Painting brickwork •Paint canopies •Painting handrails •Painting coping stones •Painting timber fascias and soffits •Painting soffit boards any depth •Painting general surfaces - timber/metal Further details on the location of the properties are set out in Appendix 1 (Specification) of the Invitation to Tender document. The Contract will commence in November 2025, with completion by end of March 2026. A single Contractor will be appointed.
