GB-Swindon: UKRI-3950 BAS Starlink trial for SDA and all Antarctic bases

This is a Contract Award to install, integrate and test ongoing satellite internet constellation performance and reliability on the Sir David Attenborough Ship and at the Antarctic bases, for the British Antarctic Survey. The Contract was awarded following a negotiated procedure without prior publication, in accordance with Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract Regulations.
