Description
The purpose of this contract is to deliver digital dictation service led via speech recognition software and ensure correspondence / records are produced in a more efficient manner. Currently there are two systems being used throughout the organisation and this contract award is to replace a current speech recognition contract only. Within the trust services mainly dictate correspondence or meetings and recently there has been an increased demand for voice recognition led software to offer real-time transcription for prompt completion of transcription. Currently clinicians are able to speak into a headset and immediately see the information dictated captured in text format directly into the required templates. KCHFT are looking to procure a solution which meets this demand via the NHS SBS Framework for Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition & Outsourced Transcription. Under the framework Criteria KCHFT is inviting all eligible suppliers to provide an ITQ response with pricing to meet the specification which includes the localised demand requirements.
